Please note from 1st January 2021 EU customers are liable to pay local import taxes on orders over the value of £135. This fee will be collected directly from the customer by the shipping service in the country of import before the release of goods. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the receiver and not payable by Rossell England. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine import taxes and costs prior to submitting your order.

If you refuse a shipment from Rossell England you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order to Rossell England. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
