Exchanges & returns

You have 14 days to decide whether you would like to return your purchase for either an exchange or refund. To make it as easy as possible to exchange or return your on-line purchase, please fill out the Exchanges & Returns form enclosed in your purchase ensuring you have;

1.    Tick the item/s you are returning and whether you require an exchange for an alternative size/style or whether you would like a full refund.

2.    Placed the item/s and form into the original packaging with all tags and swing tickets intact.

3.    Return your order to ROSSELL ENGLAND LIMITED c/o, TheFullWorks, 22 Parkside, Potters Way, Southend on Sea, SS2 5SJ.

We will email you once we have received your Exchanges & Returns form and notify you of when the exchange will get sent back out, or when your purchase will be refunded.

Please note;

Returns or exchanges can only be accepted if the garments are returned in their original condition, with all garment labels and swing tickets still attached.  We ask you to please try on the briefs over your own underwear.

All return postage is your responsibility, we recommend you ask for a proof of postage receipt when returning your item at the post office.

Refunds can only be made against the original payment card. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days.  Please be aware your bank may take a further 7 days to show the transaction on your account, therefore we ask you to allow up to 21 days from the date shown to receive your refund.

Discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded, although may be exchanged for the same value goods.
